“Bring your own hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. We found the hand soap and body wash refillable containers completely empty upon check-in. Disappointing considering paying over $200/night and these are basic bare bone necessities at a hotel. Housekeeping needs training to learn how to check and refill these items. Everything else was great!”
“Wow, this was a great hotel!! It was extremely clean and the beds were so comfortable. I’m so happy I selected the Hampton Inn in Rapid City. It’s also pulled away from all the busy streets, so there was no road noise at all!! The rooms are contemporary and nicely decorated. The breakfast is complimentary and was actually good.
